If you can't get a doctor, there are two other NHS servises you could try.
The first is NHS direct This is the phone servise where a trained nurse will suggest the best way to tread.
The NHS also provides Walk-in Centres in more than 60 locations in Britain.

But many people prefer alternative medicine.

Unit 7 - Transport in London

Exploring Mars is going to be very exciting, but for now, it's easier to explore our own planet! In particular, London.
We're going to follow Freddie as he explores all the different ways of transport in London.
He's a television researcher and he's going to find out about all the different ways of traveling in London. 1.8 million people travel into the center of London by train every day.

The next part of Freddie's journey is on another kind of train called the Docklands Light Railway.
These are computer-controlled trains with no drivers.
The different kinds of transport link up pretty well but sometimes you have to walk from one point in the journey to the next.

People use lots of other forms of transport in London. Some people use boars on the River Thames to go to work.
There is one kind of transport that isn't very good in London and that's the car. They move very slowly because there is too much traffic.
The buses and taxis travel more quickly because they have got spacial lanes on the road.

Unit 6 - Maritime history

In England no town is more than 170 kilometers from the sea. So it's no surprise that Britain has a very important history of ships and the sea.
In Liverpool there is a great museum of maritime history. It's several ships in the docks outside.
Inside it shows what it was like to be on some of the ships.

Between 1830 and 1930 more than nine million people from all over Europe left from the port of Liverpool to start a new life in America or Australia.

One of the most famous shipping companies is Cunard. It's got the world's biggest cruise ship, the Queen Mary 2,witch crosses the Atlantic from Southampton to New York.
The majority of people do travel around the world by plane but ships are still very important for moving goods.
